Our products are handmade to order and can take 3-5 business days before they’re ready to be shipped. If you need something sooner, please contact us before you place your order to ensure we can accommodate your request.
We ship all orders on Tuesdays and Fridays through Canada Post using Standard Air Mail. Delivery times are solely in the control of Canada Post and will vary based on where you are located. In order to keep our shipping costs as low as possible, no tracking numbers or guaranteed delivery dates are available unless you select an upgraded shipping option.
A guideline for delivery times are as follows:
Canada: 4-7 business days
USA: 7-14 business days.
Custom and personalised orders
We love custom orders! If you have an idea about a topper you’d like, please message us. We’d love to work with you.
We do not offer refunds on custom orders, however, we will send you a proof before we make your order. Once that has been approved, we will cut your order and ship it you.
We ship our orders to the exact address listed on your invoice. Please make sure you have entered the correct address.
If any packages are returned due to an incorrect address, buyers will be responsible for paying a re-mailing charge.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Products
We take care to make, package and ship your orders carefully. Once we’ve sent your order, however, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If you would like insurance added to your order, please contact us and we can provide you with a quote for the additional cost.
Refunds and Exchanges
All of our items are handmade to order and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
REFUNDS will NOT be provided if your order does NOT arrive in time for your event. Please make sure you order your items well in advance.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and if, for any reason you are unhappy, please contact us immediately. We want to help.
Cancellations can be made within three hours of placing your order. After that time, unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations. Please contact us if there are any problems with your order, we want you to be happy with your experience with The Sprinkle Sisters.
